FTCH

First Time Central Heating Grants.

are available for those without an existing heating system or where no boiler or radiators are present. We strive to make the application process as simple as possible, offering a free, no-obligation survey and ensuring that all measures are installed by Gas Safe approved engineers.

These grants are provided through the government’s ECO (Energy Company Obligation) scheme, which requires larger energy companies to contribute funds to improve the energy efficiency of homes and reduce emissions.

Living in a poorly heated home poses several health risks. With the ECO scheme, we can help provide homes with the necessary heating systems—often at no cost to the occupier. In addition to installing radiators, we’ll also fit the boiler and complete all necessary pipework for the system.

The benefits of these installations include lower emissions, a reduced carbon footprint, and significantly lower energy bills.

Do You Qualify?

To qualify for FTCH, you must not have an existing heating system, boiler, or radiators in your property. If this is the case, you may be eligible. Additionally, someone living in the property must be receiving one of the qualifying benefits listed, or the property must qualify through your local council’s LA Flex scheme (local authority flexible eligibility). Both homeowners and privately renting tenants can qualify for FTCH measures, as long as the other criteria are met.

Give us a call today to find out if you qualify for these measures based on your circumstances!
